Job Description

JetSuite is expanding and we are seeking a Travel Coordinator to handle the day-to-day travel arrangements for all pilots and staff.

The successful candidate must possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to effectively multi-task, have strong time management skills, be a great team player and have a high level of experience booking domestic and international travel.  The ability to build and sustain excellent relationships will also be a decisive factor in the success of this role.


Desired Skills and Experience

-2+ years SABRE GDS experience required
-Minimum 3-5 years Corporate Travel experience required
-Superior customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent PC skills
-Extreme accuracy and quality throughout the reservation process
-Good interpersonal skills a must /Strong team player, flexible and able to work well with others under pressure
-Ability to respond positively to the needs of a demanding client
-Successful candidate must also be highly organized, be able to multi-task and have strong problem solving skills
- Must be available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
