Job Description

JinkoSolar US Inc is seeking an highly experienced and driven individual looking to further their business career in the dynamic US PV Solar industry as a Senior Business Operations Specialist. The Senior Business Operations Specialist will understand the “opportunity-to-order-to-execution“ stages of sales, will have familiarity with Jinko sales accounts and will ensure the accuracy of data needed for robust sales reporting, order and billing processing, and customer/partner Project Management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Sales team to to ensure understanding of contract and expectations

• Perform Project Management, customer service, ensure customer satisfaction from initial planning to final project module delivery and customer payment.

• Understand and communicate special customer requiments to other deparments of Jinko; obtain approvals as needed

• Work closely with internal department teams and customers to ensure all contracts are executed accurately, in a timely manner, and comply with the company guidelines

• Monitor and communicate to customer detailed progress on deliveries to ensure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.

• Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure shipping documents and schedule satisfies contractual obligations

• Make timely billing requests to Finance upon delivery and receipt of proof of delivery

• Provide lien waiver documents and assist A/R in pursuing timely payments from the customer

• Carry out all steps of project execution and provide formal notice to customers as needed

• Provide weekly status reports to Business Operations Manager

• Work with overseas teams as needed



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree 

• 5+ years of experience, with a background in/or general understanding of Sales Operations, Customer Service and/or Contract Administration strongly preferred

• Strong previous experience in US Operations & Logistics required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction

• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills

• Experience and understanding of CRM/ERP systems preferred

• Team player, though able to work independently with little supervision. Team management experience a plus.

• Ability to work with all levels of employees, cross-departmentally and cross-culturally

• Strong attention to detail required

• Individual must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
