Job Description

As our Head of Marketing, you will have the unique opportunity to develop, implement and execute the marketing strategy as we expand our activities.  In this newly created role, you will be building the marketing team, establish how we communicate to our potential clients, define our vision, and position our product. This is a great position for candidates that have already acquired a solid B2B experience in the SaaS sector and would like to shape an innovative product marketing strategy from the ground up. 

  • Define jobpal’s product positioning by developing the value proposition clearly differentiating us from our competition 
  • Work closely with the Engineering and Sales Teams to create clear technical and business messaging, supporting sales efforts for the different stages of the sales cycle
  • Create and execute the end-to-end marketing campaigns to position our product for our customers and partners
  • Develop the company's presence and visibility externally. Supervise the organisation, execution, and post-event activities for events, webinars, trade shows, and conferences
  • Implement our go-to-market strategy, and craft lead generation strategies 
  • Develop all product-related marketing material from writing blog posts, leadership pieces, infographics, white papers, case studies, presentations, and webinars to articulate the benefits of the product to new and existing customers 
  • Analyze and report marketing KPIs to track impact, optimize and improve ROI
  • Build and lead the marketing team that will support you in various marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Extensive work experience in B2B SaaS marketing 
  • Experience in product marketing
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels
  • Very well organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong CRM Experience (Hubspot, etc)
  • Highly self-motivated, strong can-do attitude and very much goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passionate about leading and managing a team
