AV Support Technician

About this position
Are you experienced in providing AV support for executive-level meetings and video conferencing? This onsite role supports daily AV operations at a corporate office. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless presentation experiences using Crestron NVX systems and other AV/VTC technologies. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide AV and video conferencing support for meetings and executive presentations

• Set up, operate, and maintain AV/VTC equipment including cameras, microphones, and playback/recording tools

• Prepare and reset conference rooms, display briefing materials, and operate PowerPoint or video content

• Coordinate AV scheduling, reservations, and remote collaboration with distant-end locations

• Troubleshoot AV system issues and perform routine operational testing and maintenance

Job Skills/Requirements

• 5+ years of AV/VTC support experience in a client-facing environment

• Proficient in Crestron Integration and NVX AV over IP systems

• Skilled in video conferencing technology, AV room setup, and content presentation

• Ability to perform fault isolation, basic AV system maintenance, and support executive-level events

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Pay Range:
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour
