Job Description

As a Junior Human Resource coordinator/generalist you will facilitate all key HR functions which include current and future staff, matters related to employment, compensations, and benefits, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

Basic Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or  Business Administration;
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience;

  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods;

  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations;

  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues;

  • Proficiency in the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;

  • Demonstrated ability to establish cooperative working relationships built on trust;

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive;

Bonus Points

  • Understanding of Social Media and marketing job requirements;

  • Knowledge in Asana Project Management software;

  • IT-savvy
