6SS is a modern video surveillance and security systems company that provides complete security solution, from Software to Hardware to Professional Services and Training.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers to share updates through email, phone, and chat support.
• Get to know 6SS product offerings and become a solution expert, who can answer customer questions and provide them with the right solution.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Document common issues in the form of knowledge base tech notes.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for 6SS product portfolio.

Education:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Work Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in Systems & Databases installation, servers management, and technical support.

Technical Skills:

• Must have hands-on experience in Systems & Databases installation and management. Specifically CCTV systems such as Milestone Systems.
• Good Knowledge in Virtualization (vmware, ovm), Linux, Windows server, MS SQL server, surveillance cameras fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Networking and Security concepts.

Other Skills:

• On-site and remote support experience (Optional)
• Provide clients, consultants and contractors with basic technical support when needed.
• Respond to clients’ queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
