- Communicating with customers to share updates through email, phone, and chat support.
- Get to know 6SS product offerings and become a solution expert, who can answer customer questions and provide them with the right solution.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Document common issues in the form of knowledge base tech notes.
- Act as the technical subject matter expert for 6SS product portfolio.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in Systems & Databases installation, servers management, and technical support.
- Must have hands-on experience in Systems & Databases installation and management. Specifically CCTV systems such as Milestone Systems.
- Good Knowledge in Virtualization (vmware, ovm), Linux, Windows server, MS SQL server, surveillance cameras fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Security concepts.
- On-site and remote support experience (Optional)
- Provide clients, consultants and contractors with basic technical support when needed.
- Respond to clients’ queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
