We are members of WCA, the largest independent freight forwarders network in the world with 9000 agents around the world.

 

 

Job Description


Provides and ensure a high level of customer service by:

 

- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers

-Get the best cost from international agents

-Research and negotiate carrier rates.
-Prepare the selling and send offers to the clients

-Coordinate with the sales people and follow-up on offers

-Handle the shipments by sea and air and then hand the file to the operations department once the cargo is booked on a vessel or flight

-Coordinate with the accounting department and insure that all data is well presented in the CRM system

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in  the customer services department in a freight  forwarding company .
