Andco is looking for an experienced Lead Graphic Designer to drive the creation and design of cohesive, brand-specific initiatives and deliverables across a portfolio from a variety of sectors including F&B, Education, E-commerce, Healthcare, NGOs and Entertainment. You will be responsible to oversee the work of other designers who produce creative work, while delivering your own projects.

• Proven graphic design experience.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, multi-tasking, conceptual/visual ability, critical thinking and originality.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies.
• Highly proficient in all design aspects.
• Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.
• Manage more than one design brief at a time and delegate.
• A flexible approach when working in a team.
• Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs.
