Standard Social Manager runs online marketing profiles for clients.
We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Assistant to handle all communications with the company from a remote position. The Virtual Assistant's responsibilities will also include managing schedules, making travel plans and issuing invoices.
To be successful as a Virtual Assistant you must have a suitable internet connection and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Manage my calendar and my schedule, ensuring I am well aware of upcoming deadlines and meetings, and schedule meetings.
- You will need to be able to answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Keep track of my jobs, and work that other people are doing for me.
You will be expected to work 11am to 7pm EEST Lebanon Time Monday to Friday, and be available (online) to me for the whole shift (minus 30m break).
Previous experience in administration preferable.
