We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join our team!

As a Workshop Supervisor,  you are required to manage the workers at the workshop on a day-to-day basis, to ensure a safe, efficient, productive, and pleasant working environment.

• You primarily oversee daily operations, making sure production cycles are met from part design to fabrication. You will deal with raw material and equipment, people resources and administrative processes.

• Responsible for workers’ attendance and leaves

• The remit will include quality of work performed, safety of all stakeholders, service delivery performance, accuracy of cost recovery, regulatory efficiency.

• Analyze and adjust work schedules, solve production problems, handle quality issues and manage customer interactions.

• You must plan for employee training and skill development and handle disciplinary issues. Making sure operations align with company policies and procedures is also part of the job.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree 

• Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial sectors; preferably knowledge in marble and stone is a plus

• Experience in people management across multiple sites

• Proven capability in strategy development and planning.

• Technical skills, leadership skills and interpersonal intelligence

Salary: 5,000,000 - 8,000,00 LBP (depending on qulaifications)
