Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a Customer Service Representative, you are acquired to provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency 

 

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customers

  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Capable to grasp ideas about products and services 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Bachelors Degree in Customer Service or related field

  • Minimum experience in customer support experience or as a Client Service Representative

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Passion for online shopping and enthusiastic for research 

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Excellent and strong communication in English and Arabic; French is a plus, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in Whatsapp and typing speed is high.

Additional Information

Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 LBP (depending on qualifications)
