Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Work closely with our product managers and development teams
- Attend daily stand-ups and any other meetings schedules
- Manage tasks using JIRA and communicate status to tech leads and project managers
- Support production releases and investigate issues if needed
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or any related field
- 2 years’ experience in the field
- Basic knowledge of HTTP, DNS protocols
- Basic knowledge of REST, JSON
- Good knowledge of PHP, HTML, MySQL/SQL
- Experience in QA/Rest API testing
- Experience with Postman or curl/other command line HTTP clients
- Basic knowledge of git
- Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
- Experience working in agile projects
- Strong collaboration skills
- Good knowledge of English & Arabic language (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
