Responsibilities:

  • Experience as a Secretary is a must
  • Assisting two lawyers in their daily administrative tasks.
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
  • Typing legal contracts (mainly in Arabic).
  • Write emails and letters.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Basic English knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent Arabic skills
