• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role
• Ensure robust quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, monthly and periodic close process and compliance procedures
• Maintain and review company’s financial records and other relevant documentation
• Participate in the publishing of month-end information and monthly closing of financial records
• Assist the CFO  in preparing and coordinating annual audits
• Work with CFO  to identify and fix financial discrepancies, assess the company's monthly cash flow, evaluate tenant lease agreements, analyze payroll reports, and examine budget vs. forecast variances to prepare monthly financial reports that assist senior management in making informed business decisions 
• Assist in the preparation of the company balance sheet, income statements, and other financial documentation for submission to senior management and other stakeholders
• Effectively oversee and aid in the development of Accounting Department
• Perform all other relevant duties as assigned by the CEO and CFO

• 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in financial & management accounting particularly in Retails, FMCG or Manufacturing is preferred
• Relevant professional qualification in finance (CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA)from an accredit institute
•  Fluent in both English and Arabic language
