We are looking to hire an experienced individual who has both videography and photography skills. The role will be for someone who thrives in working in a fast-paced environment shooting as well as editing content to accurately reflect the brand through marketing collaterals including advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, digital marketing and event content.

The Responsibilities:

·         To deliver a high quality professional photographic and video service

·         Undertake still and video photography, image processing, video and audio editing

·         Manage and or undertake video and photographic assignments from concept to completion in a cost effective manner

·         Respond to customer enquiries, interpreting their requirements, providing expert advice on all aspects of all in house services

·         To manage and deliver event photography from capture through to the delivery of digital or printed output

·         To support and enhance the effective promotion and communication of commercial services and facilities through the production of appropriate still and moving images in collaboration with creative team

·         To develop and manage effective digital workflow processes to maximize efficiency customer experience and cost effectiveness

·         Serve as the brands primary videographer and photographer for the creation of all marketing including but not limited to promotional videos, advertising campaigns, new business and digital media requirements

·         Responsible for capturing high quality event content capturing fun, brand friendly moments both candid and on some occasions staged

·         Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output

·         To curate a strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing

·         Use various media including graphics, animations, data visualization, music and voice overs to create professional grade content

·         Coordinate all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project

·         To work with clearly detailed content briefs provided as well as creating content briefs

·         Secure and archive permissions for use of photo images for individuals

·         To be up to date on video and photography trends to ensure we are at the forefront of using various media including graphics, animations, data visualization, music and voice overs to create professional grade

·         Back the company growth by introducing the company services to different potential clients through a “Sales first” attitude

·         Holds a degree in Photography, Videography or other related field

·         At least 5 to 8 years of prior experience with photography and video production

·         Experience in retail and fashion industry is a plus

·         Excellent knowledge of photography/videography within the digital domain

·         Must display excellent technical and photographic skills Including photoshoots and video shooting tricks

·         Must display a passion for both photographic and video content and a commitment to holding editorial integrity

·         Experience with industry standard editing tools and asset management software

·         Must have excellent skills with programs such as photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, photo mechanic

·         Strong communication and organizational skills

·         Ability to work well independently but also working alongside team members

·         Must display a desire to grow within the brand and see this as a long-term position

·         Proven Experience in Video Editing and Animation is a must, preferably in promotions and marketing material

·         Knowledge in Audio mixing, color correcting, and gradin
