Responsibilities:

1. Develop Social Media calendars, & coordinate with the marketing agency on the visuals, captions, hashtags

2. Designing and building newsletters

3. Coordinate with partners on periodic digital campaigns, promotions, upcoming events.

4. Optimize spend and performance based on the insights

5. Design and maintain our social media presence Facebook, Instagram and stay updated on the their popularity with the target audience

6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, to help shape future marketing strategies

7. Content creation, SEO, SEM, & other related tasks

8. Maintain a seamless user journey by constantly ensuring all features are properly implemented and functioning Promocodes, Referral Codes, discounts

9. Develop a plan to build & strengthen relationships with influencers to maximize exposure for our Website & Brands

10. Generating reports

11. Ensuring all product listings are displayed properly

12. In charge of the CMS by inputting & monitoring SKUs

13. Handle community management by corresponding with customers by calls, live chat, emails & social media

Bachelor / Master’s Degree in marketing

Proven working experience in digital marketing / preferably in ecommerce

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in SEO, SEM, & social media ads

Experience in Photoshop & Graphic Design is a plus

Proven working experience in CMS
