Job Description

Role Description
To lead the brand development and marketing functions of company's together with its subsidiaries. To build, maintain and nurture strong brand equity for company's  and to provide marketing/ branding support for individual subsidiaries in the group.
Work Description 1. Directs, presents, monitors and enhances company's brand equity across multiple brand touch points: Prints collateral, credentials, corporate presentation, design of work space, management of social media, website, external signage, PR, media coverage, event branding, visible endorsement of company in all subsidiaries, etc. 2. Leads corporate communications for both internal and external clients. Externally with stakeholders and business entities, PR and media. Internally through the creation of communication tools and engaging the internal community. 3. Provides strategic marketing and brand development to all companies in the group: develops new brand entities, collaterals, profiles, web sites, social media sites, rolls out the brand applications, credentials, etc. 4. Business Development: Plays an active role in prospecting for new businesses, communication, market research, develops business plans together with finance team to obtain business deals, negotiates the terms of business, reviews agreements together with legal teams, prepares pre- qualification documents in order to close business deals. 5. Brand consistency and critical data bases. Monitors the system of document control to ensure brand consistency. Updates key data bases such as contacts of all departments, media, suppliers, etc. Maintains updated grading of suppliers and records of all specifications, prices, etc. 6. Budgeting, planning, monitoring, reporting and tracking departmental progress. Develops annual marketing plans and budget. Tracks the status of job sheets and its actual cost vs. the approved budget, SMRs, social media engagement rates and provide weekly and monthly commission reports to management 7. Performs other job- related duties as assigned

Qualifications

1.    Must have minimum 8 years of experience in marketing field, preferably in a group / holding company. Real estate background is an added advantage.
