Job Description
The Secretary will work with the CEO responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements
Qualifications
Skills:
- great communication skills, flexibility, proactive logistics, and efficiency
- Strong Executive/Personal Assistant experience is a Must
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good oral and written communication skills
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, preferably has MBA
- Being a self-starter, resourceful and a clear headed problem solver are very desirable characteristics
- Must be fluent in English and French is a plus.
