Job Description

The Secretary will work with the CEO responsibilities include and not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Make travel arrangements

Qualifications

Skills:

  • great communication skills, flexibility, proactive logistics, and efficiency
  • Strong Executive/Personal Assistant experience is a Must
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, preferably has MBA
  • Being a self-starter, resourceful and a clear headed problem solver are very desirable characteristics
  • Must be fluent in English and French is a plus.
