Based in Lebanon, Expertise Recruitment is a boutique recruitment company that offers recruiting services including headhunting and executive search, within a wide range of industry sectors. 

Responsibilities:

• Establishment of project scope and objectives and basis of design and ensuring all project design team members are properly briefed;
• Coordinates with the project design team in exploring various research options on specialized and innovative design solutions specific to the unique design aspects of projects;
• Ensures all project design documents are checked and reviewed;
• Reviews deliverables against the resource schedules and programmes to ensure resource capabilities and densities are optimal;
• Responsible for overall architectural design, overseeing, management of and leading the architectural design team of projects;
• Technical coordination with and integration among multi-disciplinary design teams and specialist consultants;
• Attends coordination meetings and design workshops as required;
• Other duties and tasks as may be required, assigned and/or instructed by the Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
• 15-20 years of relevant experience with regional or international design firms.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role (Design Director, Head of Design, Senior Design Manager...).
• Experience in the GCC is a must. 
• Proven experience in hotel projects is a must. 
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead senior architects.
• Proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD / BIM / Revit / Sketchup / Lumion / Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator...).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
