The Nucleus program is a seed program offering customized support paths to early-stage startups, helping them quickly validate and build their ventures with a customer-centric and international focus.

● Work closely with the marketing and business development team members to transform presentations into compelling decks with strong visuals
● Build creatives and collateral (one-sheeters, decks, social media kits) that visually
align with our brand identity and style guide
● Design creatives to be used across our media channels (banners, posters, visuals,
collateral)
● Create marketing campaigns design conforming with the latest platforms’
guidelines and specifications
● Create templates/layouts for social media platforms that entice engagement
● Manage and edit photos and videos taken at our events and develop video
concepts and ideas from footage
● Research and stay-up-to date with all new design trends

● Graphic Design degree with 2-3 years of marketing experience, which should include
prior digital design, branding, and social media campaigns creation
● Solid design skills with experience in ALL Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft, and
PowerPoint
● Ability to thrive under pressure and efficiently manage and support competing
tasks/requests
● Ability to tell a story using words, images, video, and an understanding of how to create
content that draws an audience
● Ability to navigate ambiguity, fill in the dots and a willingness to move fast
● Attention to details
● Basic website design and UX/UI knowledge
● Interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship and / or venture capital is a plus
