1- Develop and keep up-to-date in-depth knowledge of the ID DESIGN Products and services and identify product categories suitable for clients' inquiries.

2- Enhancing and Maintaining good customer relationships through regular and periodic communication.

3- Identify buying opportunities for customers and facilitate their buying decisions by providing options for purchasing across a full range of products.

4- Actively involved with helping and coordinating showroom displays in line with company concepts.

5- Advising and assisting walk-in customers who request help with selecting products and designing their homes.

6- Reports to supervisor daily on merchandise replenishment needs and inventory control.

7- Proposes merchandise ordering and re-ordering.
