The Office Assistant is an integral part of the Johnson Security Bureau, Inc. team. The Office Assistant works closely with the office staff of Johnson Security to oversee the detailed issues. The following outlines the key responsibilities and expectations for a candidate for the position of Office Assistant.
Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
Compile and enter data in spreadsheets
Run reports and present findings (written & verbal)
Maintain physical files and computer databases
Ship mail and packages (regular, mail, UPS, Fedex, etc.)
Write letters and other correspondence
Share fresh & creative ideas
Keep office neat and clean
Days and hours
Monday - Friday, some weekends.
9:00 am - 5:00 pm, times might vary depending on workload
