We’re looking for a delivery focused recruiting specialist who’s owned the entire process from posting to offer in a rapid growth or start-up company and is comfortable jumping into a “fast moving vehicle”. We’re a digital marketing and technology firm, so ideally you’ll have experience hiring everything from Developers to Strategists to Project Managers in a marketing agency or s/w consulting firm. Your success will be measured by your ability to help us hire the best folks in the industry, do it fast enough to keep up with our clients’ demands (which is super-fast) and not break the bank while you’re at it.
What you’ll focus on:
Coaching hiring managers and senior leadership on marketing and selection strategies and processes
Coordinating interviews and curating the candidate experience to reflect the K2 Digital culture
Managing the Applicant Tracking System (writing postings, moving candidates through the process)
Direct sourcing of candidates via Linkedin and other networking activities
Generating offers and facilitating negotiations and contract signing
Delivering meaningful analytics on recruiting activity and recommendations based on the insights gained
What you’ll bring to the table:
University Degree in business, technology or marketing is preferred
Business acumen and above average intelligence are required
5+ years in the recruitment industry with a healthy balance of agency and in-house experience
Broad exposure to recruiting for different types of positions with an emphasis on IT related roles
Experience working in a rapid growth environment where you averaged 1 hire/week or more
Experience in the setup or optimization of an ATS (i.e. Jobvite, Taleo, iCims, Openhire)
Comfort with tracking and reporting key hiring metrics (time to fill, interview to hire, source, cost)
Ability to steer your own ship or jump in and row with the crew as circumstances require
