Job Description

Office Manager needed for growing IT company. The applicant should be comfortable working in a FAST paced environment doing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, answering phones, helping with the paperwork as needed. You will work with the senior managers to provide research assistance, and management support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Some experience in technical writing, copywriting, and editing is desirable, preferably writing responses to government RFPs, technical proposals or grants.
  • Experience working to stringent deadlines required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
  • Must be highly organized with proven skills managing and tracking assignments and deadlines.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and other Adobe CS applications preferred.

Associates degree; preference to those candidates who live near Luray, VA.
