• Leading a variety of emergency construction and restoration projects 
• Ensuring that project requirements are done within deadlines and budgets 
• Meeting or surpassing profit objectives for each project 
• Developing and managing project budgets 
• Developing precise cost estimates in all restoration projects for insurance companies and clients by using Xactimate software 
• Supervising project manager assistants, construction managers, sub-contractors and other project employees 
• Carrying out site inspections 
• Evaluating damages from insurance claims and creating a scope of work 
• Communicating respectfully and actively with customers, insurance adjusters and sub-contractors 
• Preparing any documents required by insurance companies 
• Carrying out business development such as developing relationships with customers, and insurance adjusters
• Enforcing our client's processes and procedures 
• Ensuring that safety programs, processes and policies put into place and by the law are enforced on sites and within the office 

• Experience in the restoration industry as a project manager or in a managerial position
• Be part of an on call rotation 
• Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license in good standing with clean driving record
• Having experience with Xactimate and PSA software is an asset 
• Basic Core IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT) willing to train with additional accreditations if needed
