My client, a highly profitable and successful CPA, has a unique oppotunity.  His practice, located Midtown NYC, is looking for a permanent PT/Flex Time Tax Accountant.  He is very respected in the professional community and highly profitable.

Will be working approximately 700 hours, mostly FT during busy season....some weeks throughout the year there will be no need to ever go to the office!

The accountant will have his/her own office to prepare tax returns.

The is almost no client interaction and no pressure/requirement for business development.

Client base is mostly individual returns.

VERY generous compensation...similar to other firms' FT salaries.

The ideal candidates for this position would be

1) A Sr. Tax Accountant or Tax Manager in a CPA firm that would be interested in starting their own firm.  The client would be ok with, even encouraging, for this position to work on establishing their OWN practice, while working for him.  It would be a great opportunity to generate steady income while starting your own practice, helping alleviate some financial risk.

2) A sole practitioner CPA who would like to generate more income.
