Senior Tax Partner/Upcoming Tax Partner-in-Charge
We have a unique opportunity for a special Tax Partner
The CPA Firm:
Headquartered in midtown Manhattan
Revenue is in the 25- 45 million range
Growth has been consistent and almost exclusively organic vs M&A.
Nicely appointed offices and a very down to earth culture
The firm attracts high quality and sophisticated tax and audit clientele, as well as a good amount of special work such as M&A due diligence and deal structuring.
The opportunity exists because two tax partners will be retiring in the next 12-24 months and, while they have a strong manager group, they don’t have enough partner and leadership talent.
The ideal candidate will have:
CPA and MS or JD,LLM
13+ years of accomplished tax experience covering C,S and flow through entities plus mid to ultra high net worth individuals
Demonstrated business development skills
Leadership of a tax department or experience as a #2 or 3 is a big plus
