My client, a successful tax advisory firm, is looking to grow the Commercial Tax Practice in its NYC office.

The Director will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting degree required;
• Advanced credential required (i.e. CPA or JD);
• At least 8 years relevant work experience with an accounting firm, including at least 4 years of Commercial experience, preferably with a public accounting firm;
• Strong technical knowledge of complex tax issues;
• Proven leadership and strong organizational skills;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator;
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; and
• Proficient use of technology including MS Excel.\
