Job Description

Are you a social media fiend, but looking for an opportunity to expand your content marketing skill set beyond social? We’re looking for you!

Kaseya is hiring for a content marketing specialist to be the linchpin of our growing content marketing practice. You will manage Kaseya’s social media presence by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company. In addition, you will coordinate with Demand Generation to produce customer- and prospect-focused emails and newsletter. Working and reporting directly to Kaseya’s Director of Content Marketing, you will oversee the main content marketing editorial calendar, tracking and analyzing all initiatives. 

You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing and enjoy being creative, as well as have excellent writing and organizational skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant

• Write Kaseya’s social media posts across all channels

• Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals

• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers

• Produce monthly customer newsletters, prospect emails and landing pages as needed

• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on content marketing ROI

• Manage Kaseya’s main editorial calendar, reporting on project statuses.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.

• Minimum 1-2 year’s work experience including social media marketing

• Experience in a wide-range of social media outlets, with a command of each network and their best practices, as well as an understanding to SEO and SEM

• Excellent communicator, clear writer and creative thinker

• Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. Hootsuite, Oktopost) to monitor social media conversations. 

• Excellent time-management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple projects with internal multiple stakeholders

• You’re a quick learner, incredibly detailed and organized, results oriented, and have an affinity for technology

• Basic HTML skills and strong Microsoft Word skills; general working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other business applications

• Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, HTML skills, and experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, Marketo, Hubspot)
