magazine.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Coordinate daily with internal and external customers on inventory demand, order fulfillment status, inventory availability, forecasts and schedules.                                                                                                                                                   Responsible for maintaining the warehouse system database with accurate information such as part and serial numbers.                                                                                                                                                   Monitor fulfillment activity including ensuring data transmissions are on schedule, orders are filled as scheduled, and all shipment discrepancies are researched, addressed and reported.                                                                                                                                                   Monitor stocking levels by reviewing daily inventory receipts, reports and working with fulfillment center to address and resolve inventory discrepancies.                                                                                                                                                   Work closely with the Manager, Facilities and Warehouse to prepare daily, and monthly, performance metrics to monitor performance such as on time delivery status, inventory stocking levels, RMA (Return Material Authorization) shipping errors, etc.                                                                                                                                                    Identify issues with equipment, logistics and shipping and recommend corrective actions.                                                                                                                                                   Responsible for XM equipment testing to ensure lighting systems are active and working properly.                                                                                                                                                   Coordinate with carriers and determine the best solution to route orders to maximum service standards and margins when required.                                                                                                                                                   Assist the fulfillment center as required for the pick/pack, shipping and receiving functions.                                                                                                                                                   Coordinate and review new customer orders/requests and manual data entry of orders, RMA process initiation, tracking and report generation as required.                                                                                                                                                   Manage the cycling of parts to and from the repair vendors and track by serial number as required.                                                                                                                                                   Coordinate with shippers' customer service representatives on exceptions, rush orders and order changes.                                                                                                                                                   Proactively provide problem-resolution for customers, warehouses and carriers.                                                                                                                                                   Assist carriers with loss and damage discrepancies, provide disposition.                                                                                                                                                   Escalate issues to management as appropriate.                                                                                                                                                   Maintain on-going communication with shipping facilities and carriers to ensure proper execution. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   GED or equivalent experience                                                                                                                                                           1 - 3 years experience in material
