HR Transformation professionals provide an insight-driven approach to help clients pursue growth and business value. HR Consultants are focused on the transformation of the HR functions of  clients and will work on HR Strategy, HR Operating Models and Talent and HR process excellence. Responsibilities include driving quality deliverables related to creating HR visions and roadmaps that support strategic business outcome, designing and implementing HR operating models and capabilities that support critical needs of the organization and designing and implementing leading practices talent and HR processes. 

Job Description

• Bring new ideas to clients 

• Develop strong business relationships with clients 

• Proactively manage client and Accenture work requirements 

• Adapt and/or leverage existing methods and procedures 

• Manage small project teams and/or work efforts, client and/or Accenture 

• Use proprietary Accenture tools and methods to diagnose Talent and HR process gaps/needs and articulate recommendations related to the improvement of HR operating models, processes and supporting technologies 

• Gather datapoints and contribute to the development of economic analyses 

• Contribute to Talent and HR processes and/or service delivery models design and implementation, using our Accenture leading practices, with an emphasis on HR Shared Services and outsourcing 

• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR organization and capabilities and of the enabling technologies 

• Contribute to the definition of performance targets and performance measurements/KPIs 

• Contribute to Talent and HR leading practices definition 

• Communicate achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring planned business outcomes are achieved

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience re-designing HR process/operating models and implementing HR technology solutions associated with these programs 

• Minimum 3+ years of first tier consulting experience 

• Must be able to travel up to 100%, as project work is conducted on client premises 

• Minimum 1+ years experience in one of the following industries: Chemical, Energy, or Utility 

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate presentations and other meetings 

• Bachelor's Degree required


PREFERRED 

• Understanding industry trends and drivers for Chemical, Energy, Utility clients 

• Understanding of program design, development and administration of HR processes 

• Design and implementation experience with HR ERP (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, SuccessFactors etc.) 

• Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment and work independently to find solutions. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
