Job Description
This position is responsible for the administrative management of the Fiscal Service Division of the hospital district. This includes overall planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of fiscal services and developing effective relationships within the hospital and with outside organizations. This position also support KVH’s strategic partners, Kittitas County Public Hospital District #2 and the KVH Foundation.
Supervises: Director of Finance, Financial Analytics, Patient Financial Services Director, Materials Director, H.I.M. Director, and Revenue Cycle Director.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
- 5+ years of current healthcare experience in financial management
What is preferred...
- Master’s Degree
- CPA
- FHFMA
