Job Description


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Product Implementation

Train office managers and staff on effective usage of Klara technology.

Maintain open communication with office staff, physician assistants, and doctors post training.

Perform check-in visits to ensure optimal product usage.  

Workflow Analysis and Change Management: 

Observe and analyze practice communication workflows in order to create the most effective digital communication workflows for a given practice.

Identify root causes impacting Klara implementations, may they be workflow, culture, or accountability related, and devise appropriate solutions.

Overcome staff objections with poise, charm, and grace to work towards making every user an evangelist.

Product Feedback and Improvement:

As Klara’s eyes and ears in the offices of our customers, you will have a vital role in collecting product feedback from our users. The ability not be scared to ask “Why” one more time in order to uncover the underlying root cause is extremely important.

Meet with the product team on a regular basis to present user feedback, highlight trends, and discuss product strategy and roadmap.


Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 4 year college degree

Great presentation and superior customer service skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously.

Teaching experience preferred.
