Our service is membership based and designed to highlight the patient-provider relationship as the cornerstone of a better healthcare system. Knight & Gayles Direct Primary Care is devoted exclusively to delivering medical care to those who value the patient-provider relationship via monthly subscription.

We seek Nurse Practitioners to provide routine primary care in the metropolitan and rural areas of Saint Charles and Saint Louis Missouri. Your visits will vary but typically included common everyday ailments and the ongoing responsibility of routine care. 

You'll provide the highest quality of care to your panel of patients in their home, office, or workplace. We provide you with the support you need including a certified meaningful-use EMR, cellular enabled tablet, dedicated phone line, answering service, patient portal, and more. 

Newly qualified or experienced. We believe your skills and abilities are a welcome addition to the delivery of healthcare. Your patients will benefit from the increased access, patient satisfaction, and natural compassion you bring.  If you prefer to spend time focusing on the quality of patient care, rather than the quantity of patients, this is an opportunity for you. 

• Current Missouri RN license and certification.
• Clinical experience in highest level of education. 
• Solid assessment, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborative Agreement
• Ability to communicate, listen, diagnosis, treat patients, and their conditions.
• Incorporate evidence based findings into patient care decisions.
• Experience in internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, or urgent care a plus.
• Telephone triage/telemedicine experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation. *until company vehicle provided
• Efficient in use of EMR and current technology.  
• Night or weekend availablility.
