As an Associate Industrial Designer-Faucets you will help create innovative concepts, products, services and human interfaces through the design process. You will complete basic level industrial design assignments while executing projects under supervisory instruction. Our design team will provide career growth by offering continued professional skill development including: technical and theoretical knowledge base of industrial design methods, user research, trends and human factors. To be successful in this role you will assist in creating diverse and innovative concepts and aesthetic to inspire and stimulate meaningful products and user experience. As a designer on the faucets team you will begin to gain an understanding of product functionality and its importance in the design process while matching functionality with aesthetic. You will be a part of creating designs that bring function, durability, versatility and beauty to the delivery of water. Your passion for design, innate curiosity and dexterity of thinking will contribute to the success of the Faucets category.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design or related degree is required. Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on product design is preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in industrial design and/or product design is required. Intern or co-op experience may be considered in lieu of required work experience.
