The primary role of the Case Manager is to facilitate treatment needs in order for the consumer to receive quality health-care service. The Case Manager facilities consumer satisfaction by developing,monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. The Case Manager relies on extensive experience, judgement, and protocols established by the organization's clinical advisors to plan and accomplish consumer's goals. To enable high-quality services, the Case Manager must be able to speak knowledgably of the scope of services our organization provides and demonstrate effective leadership skills to ensure that the service(s) provided exceed expectations. The Case Manager plays a vital role in all the dynamic services provided to the consumer. The Case Manager is a part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team composed of Clinical Psychologists. Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses,Therapists, Social Workers, and other health-care providers. 

(1)Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or
professional program. The specialty area of the degree must be consistent with
the assignment for which the applicant is to be employed- degrees in Social work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or a related degree (2) Must have applicable experience and skill that can be demonstrated (3) Must complete and pass all federal background checks and drug screenings (4) Must have own reliable transportation with current automobile insurance (5) Must have a current and valid driver's license and insurance.
