Job Description

As operations manager, you'll manage the relationships and operations with clients and chefs for the German market. This position is based in Paris, where our operations' team is located. You'll however also interact daily with the German team (as you'll be handling operations for their market!)

Your responsibilities:

  • Introduction phone call to all new client (B2C and B2B) requests. Then help the clients with their booking process.
  • Close the requests which were generated by the sales team (who are pitching B2B clients)
  • Respond to client questions and be able to present La Belle Assiette to them to entice them to finalise their booking
  • Deal with changes/add-ons to bookings and special requests from clients
  • Make sure you reach sales targets (and conversion rates of client booking requests)
  • Manage a relationship with our Chefs in an efficient manner. This means onboarding new chefs and caterers who sign up to our site.
  • Control the quality of all the events booked by your clients
  • Participe in our strategy to increase the retention and frequency of purchases of our clients
  • Work in collaboration with the rest of the team

Qualifications

  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Sales talent, very comfortable in conversations and on the phone
  • With at least 1 year of university/college
  • Native German speaker and good English
  • Good understanding of responsibilities and great autonomy
  • Hard working
  • Very open minded
  • Available for at least 4 months
