We are looking to recruit a young, talented, entrepreneurial candidate to manage our activity in Germany. Are you looking for a new professional challenge in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial company?

Your responsibilities :

• Continuing growing our business in Germany
• Getting your hands dirty
• Sell to local chefs and caterers, then build the relationship with them
  
• Set up all our quality control operations locally and organise all the test dinners
• Manage the offline marketing of your local market (PR, partnerships...)
  

• Manage some of the online marketing of your local market (content, social media...)

• Find the local clients (B2C and B2B)

• Manage customer care

• Work in collaboration with the company's founders and the the other country managers.
• Once you have grown La Belle Assiette more in Germany, build a team you will lead
• Gain market leadership and ultimately manage your P&L

We are looking for someone :

• Perfect German (necessary) spoken and written skills
• Strong knowledge of the local market, culture (you should have lived most of your life in Germany)
• Anywhere between a few good internship experiences and 3/4 years experience
• Previous experience in a startup is a good bonus
• With a strong entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment
• Having earned a degree from a top university
• Super strong sales talent and drive, very comfortable in conversations and on the phone
• Who loves what we do, and gets why we are doing it and where we are going
• With great interpersonal skills. With a good understanding of responsibilities and great autonomy. Hard working and very open minded
• Who is a "founder", not necessarily of a company, but has created something and managed all the operations alone
• Strong structuring and analytical skills with the ability to set up efficient business process and not forget anything
  
• Ready to commit to a period of hard work, with the very gratifying result of seeing La Belle Assiette be a success in your local market.

• Perfekte Deutsch Kenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des lokalen Marktes und Kultur (Du solltest die meiste Zeit deines Lebens in Deutschland gelebt haben)
• Arbeitserfahrung: Von ein paar guten Praktika bis hin zu 3/4 Jahr Berufserfahrung
• StartUp Erfahrung ist ein großes Plus
• Unternehmerischer Geist und die Fähigkeit, Ziele schnell zu erreichen
• Ein Abschluss einer Top-Universität
• Sehr gut im Vertrieb, gut in Gesprächen und am Telefon
• Jemand der sich mit uns identifiziert, versteht was wir machen und wo die Reise hingeht
• Jemand der schonmal gegründet hat, nicht umbedingt ein Unternehmen, aber selber Verantwortung übernommen hat.

Location: This position can start based in Berlin, Paris or London. You will be required to spend the first 3 months with our team in Paris or London. We however expect this position to move to Berlin full time in the midterm.

Salary: According to profile and experience (35 - 45K€ + bonus)
