Job Description

Our CRM Application Architect and Project Leads offer our clients peace of mind by assembling and leading project teams—providing architecture, structuring, and system design guidance for MS Dynamics CRM. Their work crosses the boundaries between engineering and project management: They must have a deep understanding of the client’s business requirements (including budget, timelines, as well as end-user needs) to provide customized solutions. As an engineer, they must take this knowledge and understanding to the next level and lead their team to develop and deliver those solutions.

  • Assess budget, best practices, timelines and management of CRM projects.
  • Provide architecture guidance, structuring, and system design of Dynamics CRM.
  • Assemble project teams to meet requirements and timelines.
  • Help lead and work alongside other CRM developers.
  • Manage the relationships with strategic clients, engineering and project groups.
  • Help with the development of new business by participating in pre-sales engineering activities.
  • Help lead and work alongside other technical workers.
  • Often the primary technical point of contact for the client.
  • Prepares work plans, review deliverables, and helps to create project status reports.
  • Does day-to-day budget monitoring and project maintenance.
  • Ensures effective communications between engineering, client and project groups.
  • Participates in team meetings with clients to understand and review business requirements.
  • Collaborates with the team on the architecture, design, development, implementation and support of the custom solutions we build.
  • Creates applications (or parts of applications) that are intuitive and responsive.
  • Achieves technical certifications that are relevant to the projects we deliver to clients.
  • Works on multiple projects concurrently and effectively balancing tasks.
  • Travels (primary locally, but occasionally overnight) to client sites to help design, test and implement our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in development processes and methodologies .
  • The ability to quickly grasp both business and technical concepts and solve difficult technical problems on your own by leveraging the resources available... you know how to “figure things out”
  • A deep desire and passion for providing service excellence.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability and proven intellectual horsepower.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts to clients in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or another related field.
