The Application Support Representative is a critical part of our customers' experience. We are looking for a motivated team player with quick intellect and professionalism to support the Company’s customers with our proprietary product solutions. The Application Support Representative will research and address customer inquiries directly, or by working closely with internal teams to provide solutions to technical issues. Demonstrating a customer first mentality will entail responding promptly to client inquiries and documenting solutions in a centralized database. The Application Support Representative will also assist internal departments with execution, validation and user testing for software releases as needed.
