Job Description

  • Develop product positioning - you will work with marketing and sales to get a deep understanding of our space and come up with well-informed hypotheses on where our product fits best and how to best position it in the market. You’ll become an expert at market analyses and develop a deep understanding of the hospital efficiency vertical.

  • Develop messaging - you will work with product managers to produce messaging for all our product experience, case studies, brochures, videos, website, everywhere.

  • Empower marketing and sales - you will use your knowledge and experience on the product and customer to tip off and educate our marketing and sales teams for finding and closing new customers

  • Become a forceful voice of the customer - you will be the go-to person for all knowledge about our customers and their needs and personas.

Qualifications

Our products are very technical and data-driven. This is an entry-level role that’s best suited for you if you have a STEM background and looking to break into the business side. 

  • Must have: 2-3 years professional experience in a STEM field such as software engineering, data science / analytics (preferred), or statistics.

  • Must have: strong analytical chops - demonstrated experience working on some form of analytics or math/data science/statistics products in the past.

  • Must have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent experience.
  • Must have: Good writing skills - we’d love to see a blog post or technical paper you’ve written that you’re proud of.

  • Must have: Creativity - great visual presentation skills developing product videos or powerpoint presentations or brochures or anything that displays creativity.

  • Nice to have: Any product marketing stint even as an intern.

  • Nice to have: Experience working on B2B analytics products.
