Job Description

LeanTaaS iQueue builds on lean optimization principles to solve the toughest operational problems facing healthcare providers including long patient wait times, unnecessary overtime costs, and increasing patient access. LeanTaaS is looking for a sales executive with experience and passion for driving B2B sales at hospitals, health systems and physician practices. You should have successfully sold software to hospitals before (preferably analytical solutions), have a network of relationships and be able to move quickly at startup speed. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline, connecting with and building strong relationships with senior hospital executives and closing iQueue sales. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

  • Revenue generation from the iQueue suite of products - for Infusion Centers, for Operating Rooms, and others in the pipeline 
  • Generating demand and closing sales from your relationships across the healthcare industry
  • Building and maintaining an already strong customer pipeline
  • Working with marketing and customer delivery as well as feedback to the product team as needed
  • Helping to build out the team, including hiring, coaching and mentoring as we ramp up the team
  • Staying current with industry trends and competition 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years proven track record in SaaS healthcare sales 
  • Relationships and rolodex in healthcare executives 
  • Takes a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, combined with the ability to thrive under the pressure of constant change and moving objectives
  • CS / math / statistics background a plus 
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and display grace under pressure
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently 
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
