We’re growing fast. Our products have solid ROI and traction in the market. And we have ambitious sales targets. As our demand generation lead, you will be a key player in making our numbers work. We target healthcare CxOs and other decision makers using an Account Based Marketing strategy via a variety of channels. Capturing their interest will be your singular focus. 


  • First and foremost you will be our email marketing strategist and Hubspot Administrator -- you will craft creative email campaigns, do a lot of A/B testing, and get people to open our emails and take action.
  • You will assist with defining our account tiers and executing Account Based Marketing (ABM) plays. 
  • You will own the business conceptualization of value-added outbound messaging, demand creation, lead nurturing, and scoring program strategy.
  • To support our campaigns you will do whatever it takes to identify prospects, hunt their email addresses, and get all the information you need. You’ll have the support of a team of researchers for this, but you need to own it.
  • You will study the market and decision maker personas, partner with Product Marketing and Sales to monitor them as they evolve over time, and run many experiments to hit them at the right time in the right manner. 
  • You will support the rest of the marketing and sales teams with hunting down qualified accounts and capturing their interest in whatever manner you can -- you’ll be the ninja account-hunter. 
  • You will keep an eye out for opportunities and jump on them fast -- be it an impromptu blog post or a PR stunt or a social media campaign or a PPC campaign. You’ll always be looking out for ways to capture the attention of the right personas in qualified accounts. 
  • You’ll help the rest of marketing and sales team, however, you can with demand generation, nurturing, and qualification. We are a small and close-knit team with lots of hunger and energy. 
  • Last but not least you will ensure we are measuring and tracking everything - again, we use Hubspot.

Must Have:

  • Lots of fire and willingness to move mountains to surface leads.
  • Experience setting up, executing, and analyzing results of email drip campaigns 
  • Expertise in Hubspot
  • Demonstrated results generating qualified leads for a B2B product -- show us a miracle you did where you grew leads by at least 5x
  • 1-3 years experience in demand generation or email marketing. We’ll discount experience if you show something outstanding with lead generation. 
  • Solid experience with email marketing -- you craft emails and subject lines that produce ridiculously good open rates and click-through rates. 
  • Excruciating attention to detail. No typos or broken links in any of your emails
  • Basic list cleansing skills in Excel (or other tools)


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare startups. 
  • Experience doing trade shows and events. 
  • Experience in sales.
