Our business is rapidly expanding and we are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Miami Team. Are you highly motivated and looking for the right opportunity to move forward in your sales career? If so, this is what can be expected in year one:

• Contributing to the growth of our business development department by developing systems to accurately and efficiently administer sales data to produce reports, quotes, orders, customer files and various other sales documents

• Learning about LILLY + Associates’ business needs and goals, in order to respond to initial client inquiries and feed those leads to the sales representative that will best get the job done.

• As an integral part of our “customer first” philosophy, collaborating with sales representatives to ensure customer service issues are worked out efficiently and to the highest of standards. You will be working with customers (and staff) from all over the world, so this will require excellent communication skills (ideally, fluency in English and Spanish, bonus points for Mandarin), a knack for working with different cultures, and talent for coming up with innovative solutions.

• Working with other team members on special projects that support our growth initiatives. Helping to keep the team focused, meet project deadlines, and being able to master several projects at once will make you a key asset to our organization.

In order to be successful, we need someone that has at least one year of experience supporting a growing sales environment. If you have a bachelor’s degree in business, you’ll be able to accelerate your effectiveness and impact.
