Based in downtown San Francisco, we are Line2, an innovative cloud phone service that lets you talk, text and do business on any mobile device, from anywhere in the world.  

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with excellent communication skills, prior online marketing experience, and positive attitude, to manage content creation, community outreach and social media. This is a high-impact role where you’ll immediately see the results of your work while gaining broad exposure across a wide array of online marketing activities.

Social Media Management:

• Social media profile management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  
• Social content creation. Tweet, post, etc. with relevant and interesting content. Reply to comments and messages daily.
  
• Track the growth and the impact of social media on our business. Contribute fresh ideas on how to grow our online presence.
  
• Scan social industry updates & stay abreast of new technologies.

• Conduct outreach and lead efforts to improve targeting of high-potential customer segments and develop strategies to reach them.
• Create and execute marketing programs (online, mobile social, etc.) with target segments to drive interest and engagement.
• Customize value propositions and offers to appeal to the different audiences. Manage creation of content tailored to key target audiences. Tweet, post, contribute to forums, participate in relevant online conversations daily.
• Reach out to various target audience communities for promotional opportunities.
• Scan industry updates and stay abreast of current trends.

• 1-2 yrs Experience in managing social media accounts
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A whatever-it-takes-to-get-the-job-done-right attitude.
• Experience with community marketing, marketing programs, channel development. Experience marketing to small businesses a plus.
• Experience with community outreach / influencer outreach program is a plus.
• Basic photo and video editing experience is a plus.
• Positive and outgoing personality to reach out communities / influencers / small business verticals.
