Quality Assurance Analyst (QA)

Listrak, one of the fastest growing email marketing providers with a premiere client base, is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to be responsible for ensuring the success and stability of the solutions put in place by the Listrak Professional Services (LPS) team. The position works closely with Project Managers and Programmers to ensure the success of Listrak’s value added products. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment and maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and ethics.
Develop and maintain test plans specific to product types.
Perform Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting of all LPS solutions prior to going live.
Perform Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting of all LPS emails prior to being sent.
Ensure subscriber points function correctly and program emails are sent properly.
Maintain detailed records of product testing.
Participate in feedback loop to update Project Managers on trending issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager of Listrak Managed Services.
A BA or BS is preferred.
Detail oriented passion for accuracy and precision.
Advanced problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize a growing and steady work load.
Must be self-directed when necessary but able to work in a team environment.
