 The Role:

Are you a dynamic speaker in front of small and large groups? Do you understand what it takes to be a good leader? Do you have experience in driving performance management programs? Can you walk the line between internal OD consultant, expert facilitator, and coach? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organizational Development/Learning and Development professional! In this role, you will be responsible for executing the OD strategy across multiple business lines, as well as facilitating a variety of workshops, including our 2-day leadership program. Position could require up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate leadership development workshops for leaders across Live Nation Entertainment
  • Create educational content for workshops, e-learning, and Webinars
  • Facilitate weekly New Employee Orientation
  • Create and facilitate workshops/ interventions according to business need
  • Tailor and execute the Performance Management strategy for maximum effectiveness across diverse divisions
  • Facilitate performance management training sessions and coach managers on performance management best practices  
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and leadership across multiple divisions
  • Tailor and deliver 360 degree evaluations for teams within LNE
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop people-related recommendations to the business
  • Create relevant surveys and analyze data to form people-related recommendations
  • Project manage various projects
  • Develop creative ways to communicate to employees around HR programs and projects
  • Liaise with program leaders across the business to ensure people strategies are aligned
