Job Description

A typical day in the life of the Talent Sourcer/Recruiter (Part-Time/Contract) might consist of…

  • Sourcing and engaging top talent on a role-specific basis in support of livingHR’s clients
  • Identifying potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal ATS
  • Proactively researching and generating new/creative sourcing ideas
  • Maintaining and developing internal the database: tracking candidate history, tagging candidates, building knowledge base of individuals, industries and markets
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates

Qualifications

You will meet or exceed them...

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience for a search firm and/ or in-house Talent Acquisition team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage candidates by phone and email
  • Adept in using an applicant tracking system or CRM tool; HRIS systems experience preferred
  • Current with social technologies, sourcing methodologies and tools
  • Creative thinking to continuously come up with innovative ways of identifying, connecting and engaging with candidates
  • Ability to prioritize the workload and deliver under tight deadlines
