livingHR is looking for a Human Resources Tech Talent Consultant to work part-time on a contract basis supporting our rapidly growing business in the Tampa market but with the ability to support and travel to other markets on occasion.

  • Have a PHR, SPHR, Masters and/or relevant education/industry certifications

What you will do: (FYI - It will never be the same each day!)


  • Provide stellar service, best practice guidance and support to our internal consultants, external clients, and partners
  • Design and develop customized talent management solutions for the entire employment life-cycle including, but not limited to; human capital/talent management technology systems implementation, performance management, compensation/total rewards planning, strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition/retention, rewards/recognition, employee relations, organizational development, and employee engagement
  • Lead and manage a variety of HRIS, and/or benefits/compensation projects for our clients and partners
  • Support the development of market compensation reports, comp analysis and trends, bonus structures, etc.
  • Align all of this work with your client’s culture and strategic goals
  • And most of all, our Consultants must be committed to making and impact on our clients’ bottom-line and giving a roadmap to creating AMAZING places to work

Qualifications

  • A combination of hands-on Human Resources business partner experience and strong abilities with HR technical processes and implementations
  • Strong implementation experience with HRIS/human capital/talent management/applicant tracking technology systems
  • Experience with employment culture/branding/talent experience
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • A consultative approach and excellent people skills
  • A skill and desire for networking within the community and through social media
  • Microsoft Office experience with an emphasis in PowerPoint and Excel
  • PHR, SPHR, Masters certified, a huge plus but not required
  • Technically savvy, entrepreneurial souls who thrive in environments that reward self-initiative and resourcefulness

  • Ability for local travel within the Tampa and surrounding market
