livingHR is looking for an extremely detail-oriented HR (Talent) Operations Manager (Part-Time) to support all areas of our human capital/talent experience practice with responsibilities that include supporting our internal team of executives, staff members and consultants on a variety of day-to-day tasks, projects and programs, as well as client support. Our HR (Talent) Operations Manager will support a team of workplace transformers that are bridging the gap between employers and employees to make workplaces thrive. Job Description

Here's what a day in the life of the HR (Talent) Operations Manager might look like and insight into who we are looking for:

  • Supporting the internal employee/consulting team with tasks associated with client work and internal projects, including but not limited to: addressing questions, troubleshooting systems issues, reviewing and editing work products and deliverables, project work and data/excel entry, coordination and validation
  • Managing calendars and travel support to the internal team
  • Leading talent acquisition candidate scheduling
  • Executing the on-boarding and assimilation process for new hires at livingHR (meetings, systems access, internal announcement, benefits enrollment, etc.) and ensuring data integrity for newly hired employees and consultants
  • Administering benefits and open enrollment
  • Assisting employees/consultants with access to systems (reset passwords, navigation tools, FAQs, etc.)
  • Coordinating events (logistics, preparation, set up, take-down)
  • Managing livingHR engagement programs (perks, celebrations and events)
  • Working with our internal consulting, recruiting and marketing teams to develop and manage proposals/SOW’s; facilitating the client on-boarding/off-boarding process
  • Reconciling time and expenses in partnership with payroll (2x a month); client billing administration
  • Leading the HR/vendor management relationships on behalf of livingHR
  • Assisting with ad hoc and special projects as needed

Qualifications

You will meet or exceed them...
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred along with 1-2 year of related professional HR experience
  • Detail-oriented and must possess strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-deadline environment
  • Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills - approachable, customer service focused, can-do attitude
  • Strong drive to succeed and grow
  • Technically savvy (a MUST) and advanced Excel proficiency (including formulas and pivot tables); excellent at building presentations
  • Passionate about wanting to help others and solve problems with a culture-minded approach and appreciation for employee engagement
  • Ability to uphold a high level of integrity and work ethics including ability to maintain confidentiality
